What is a speaker?
In any kind of event you have a host and speakers that lead the conversation regarding any topic. You can add an unlimited number of speaker profiles to the backend. This allows you to easily select speakers when creating future events
- Speakers can:
- Have their own bio (created by site admin)
- Their Bio can contain links to their social media accounts or personal websites
- Speakers can only login to event's that they have been invited to speak at
- To join an event, the speaker just needs to enter their name and email.
- Speakers join the event with control over their camera and mic functions
How to add a Speaker?
- In the main menu, select speakers then click add
- Give as much info about the speaker that you want your attendees to see
Is Admin a Speaker too?
The site admin can join and speak at any event without needing a speaker profile. Admin has backend privileges to create and modify events and all features of the app. Speakers can only login to events they are invited to.
What is an Event Sponsor?
Some events are sponsored by brands, businesses or organizations. You can use the app to incentivize sponsorship by promoting your sponsors inside events. You can add as many sponsors to the system as you wish and choose which events you wish to add them to later.
- Sponsors cannot login to events
- Their profiles are added by the site owner purely for promoting them
How to add a Sponsor?
- Sponsors cannot login to events
- Click Sponsors in the main menu (backend)
- Click Add and complete the applicable fields with Sponsor details
