Media Library
What is the Media Library?
You can think of the media library as an asset manager in the backend. It allows you to upload files, links, documents and videos. Once uploaded items in your media library can be added to any event and are downloadable/viewable by your attendees. Their downloads are tracked too.
Adding items to the media library
- In the main nav menu, select Media Library
- You will see a table, this is where you can edit/delete items in the future.
- Click Add a new item
- Under media info, give the item a title and description - this is displayed to attendees during an event
- Select the file location, IF you choose internal it means you will be uploading to the server (external means stored remotely)
- Upload (if internal) or specify the location (if external) and click save.
- You will be able to add these items to one or more event
