Adding Attendees
On Public Events attendees are able to register and join events through the page that’s created in the Event Builder. Private Events have a public page but it does not use a registration form and therefore admin must add these attendees in order to let them join when the event starts.
How do I add an Attendee manually?
- Under the main menu (Events), Click Attendees
- Here you can search and find attendees from previous event, in this case we'll be adding them so click Add an Attendee
- The next steps are relatively simple, select the event and either enter the attendees details manually or Import them with a CSV File.
What's the point in adding attendees manually for public events?
Good question, You will notice that the app allows you to add attendees for both public and private events. The idea behind admin adding attendees manually for public events (as opposed to just letting them register) is in case admin wish to bypass the app’s paywall for a particular attendee.
